Financial Operations Specialist - Account Payable in Mars Finance Shared Service Centre Location: Mars Global Services in Poznań – convenient location in the city center . Description of the role, as a Financial Operations Specialist You will: Prepare payment proposal and perform payment controls Process Consignment Stock, EDI and Self-Billing invoices with appropriate approval Perform balance sheet reconciliations with appropriate supporting documentation Ensure vendor and business unit issue resolution within agreed SLAs Follow up on aged invoices and GR items within agreed SLAs Track and report core performance metrics Establish and maintain a control environment for the processes represented by MFS Support each business unit with external and internal audit needs for processes owned by MFS Take part in ad-hoc projects and support continuous improvement environment Other non-described tasks as per agreed business unit service catalogue Candidate’s profile: University degree preferred – especially within Finance and Accounting English language knowledge required Other European language skills desired (German) Knowledge of, and experience in core finance functional competencies Good communication and interpersonal skills Excellent planning and organizational skills; ability to organize workload Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of customers Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work as part of a team and using own initiative Excellent attention to detail In return, we offer: Rewarding place to work, people-driven team Possibility to participate in process migration Opportunity to join international projects or develop new technologies Full benefits package, incl.
